Rafferty's Rules lives by his name, so just walks straight under Clancy.

Clancy let him know it was poor protocol, with a quick stamp of the foot that had him limping for a few minutes, but no real damage

Raffy has no clue where he is, and Shiraz doesn't care
they do actually like the car
